Moral Reconation Therapy®

Moral Reconation Therapy® (MRT) is the premiere cognitive-behavioral program for substance abuse treatment and for criminal justice offenders. More than 120 published reports have documented that MRT-treated offenders show significantly lower recidivism. MRT programs are used in 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and seven countries. MRT is a cognitive-behavioral counseling program that combines education, group and individual counseling, and structured exercises designed to foster moral development in treatment-resistant clients. The program is designed to address how clients think and make judgments about what is right and wrong.

MRT is designed to last 12 sessions. Your number of class sessions will vary depending on compliance. Participants are expected to attend one session each week until completion of course.
