About Us

The Grove began as a primary healthcare clinic in 2008 with the intent of providing quality, affordable healthcare to all ages. We feel a specific, unique calling to provide quality care for the whole person and we quickly recognized that an integrated approach would enable us to provide this exceptional care to our patients. The Grove delivers this integrated approach by offering mental health and substance abuse services.  By employing Family Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, ordained ministers, and substance abuse professionals, the goal of The Grove is to meet the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of its patient population.  This holistic approach to medical care separates The Grove from other, more traditional, primary care facilities.

The Grove strives to be a healthcare facility that offers quality, personalized service to each individual patient.  We do this by limiting the amount of patients each of our providers sees, allowing more quality time with your healthcare provider and limiting your wait time prior to being seen.  We also offer house calls as an option for our homebound, senior adult population.  The Grove also offers a wide variety of mental health and substance abuse services throughout West Tennessee. Our sincere goal is to positively affect one patient at a time.
